Christmas Tree Mulching

Save landfill space while creating valuable mulch from your Christmas trees at the end of the holiday season. Seasonal drop points are open at various times after the end of the holidays--visit the City's website during the holiday season for specific dates, times, and locations each year. To ensure the safety of equipment operators, please make sure the tree is free of nails, wire and all decorations. Only Christmas trees are accepted - no garlands, wreaths, or yard waste and no business or commercial use. Mulch will be available free of charge at all locations; residents will be responsible for loading and hauling of mulch.
