Police Department Ask Arvada

Citizen Police Academy Application

The Citizen Police Academy gives Arvada residents the opportunity to learn about the police department. A variety of topics are covered throughout the academy to gives residents a broader understanding of the various roles within the organization.

Two academy classes (spring and fall) are held each year. The classes meet on 10 consecutive Wednesdays in either a classroom setting or the field to provide attendees with insight into many aspects of police work.
