Fines and costs are due at the time of sentencing.
To pay in person, please go to the Arvada Municipal Court at 8101 Ralston Rd. Payments will be received during the following business hours: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. Payments may be made with cash, check or money order, made payable to City of Arvada; or Visa or Mastercard.
To pay by mail, please remit your payment to: Arvada Municipal Court, P.O. Box 8101, Arvada, CO 80001, using a check or money order made payable to City of Arvada. If eligible to pay your fine online, please go to www.citepayusa.com. A transaction fee will be assessed by the vendor. Please note, not all offenses are eligible for on-line resolution. The system will indicate if your charge is or is not eligible. If it is not eligible, you will need to appear on your court date.
To pay your fine over the phone, please call 720-898-7150, and press option 3 to speak with a court clerk. Payments will be received during the following business hours: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday excluding holidays. To pay using the drop box located outside of the court entrance, please place your payment in an envelope, including your name, summons number and phone number, and place in the drop box during non-business hours. Fines and costs may be set up in a payment plan at an additional cost to the defendant. If you miss a payment or cannot pay, you must appear on or before the date that it is due to ask for an extension. No extensions will be granted over the phone. If you do not appear or pay on time, a warrant will be issued, and an 80.00 warrant fee will be added to the fine. All fines and costs will need to be paid in full for the warrant to be cleared.
