Rental Loan Program

The Rental Improvement Loan Program is intended to provide low interest, 5 or 10 year loans to landlords who own smaller residential rental properties in Arvada including houses, duplexes, condos, and townhouses to pay for necessary improvements or repairs.  Those improvements can include plumbing repairs, weatherization, new windows, heating, plumbing, structural, flooring repairs, electrical repairs, painting, landscaping, roofing, gutters, etc.  This program is offered in partnership with FirstBank.  The benefits of this program also include no closing fees, originating fees, appraisal fee, and technical assistance from City staff.  This program is available to landlords who own rental properties in Arvada ONLY.
